Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Rivet Nut USA™ provides a viewer driven question-and-answer (Q&A) feature that allows users to submit questions to be answered by members of our sales team. This page is to explain how to use Q & A feature of our website. It also explains how to ask a question about a product or service in a way that increases the likelihood of approval and submission.
Ask
Each product page of the Rivet Nut USA™ website includes an area for frequently asked questions, similar to the sample shown below. Should you visit a page and have a question, simply click on the link that says: “View Our FAQ”.

This will take you to the bottom of the product page where you can review questions already asked by viewers. If you don’t see the question/answer you are looking for, there is a field to enter a new question for our review. See sample below.
Ask a question that matters to you, related to a product, customer service, ordering process, or anything related to our company. When asking a question, you will also be able to select a category for the question to be stored in for future reference and for others with the same question to find. All questions are privately reviewed before posting publicly. If you have a specific question about your order, or on your application use for the tool or fastener you are interested in, a member of the sales team may contact you directly to make sure you have what you need. If a quote is needed or you are looking to place an order, they will be able to help you right away. We want to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible!

Answer
Once your question is submitted, our team reviews the question asked and hands it off to the area within the company with that expertise for answering. The answer is reviewed to make sure it is clear and understandable before posting to the website. We also make sure both the question and answer are posted in the most fitting category or categories. This way you can find the question and answer again and so can others. Once that is completed it is published for viewing. This process can take 3-5 days depending on the complexity of the question being asked.
Guidelines
We kindly ask that you:
- Ask clearly. Keep your questions precise but be descriptive enough so that our team understands what you are asking, and we can give the best possible answer.
- Categorize correctly. Placing your question in the right category ensures that it is seen by other viewers who may have the same question on a product or service.
