Yes, threaded nut inserts are a great option fo use in plastics! There are two types of threaded inserts, in-molded inserts which are set before the plastic is poured (Bollhoff IMTEC®) and inserts after the mold has been poured (Bollhoff AMTEC®). We are proud to offer both options from Bollhoff. To provide our customers with the best availability and variety, we also offer the Spirol® brand threaded nut inserts, which include, press-in, heat/ultrasonic, self-tapping, in-molded, and custom inserts. These insert options provide strong, reusable threads and help prevent stripping or loosening over time. For more information or to receive a quote, contact Rivet Nut USA™ today!
