7/16-20 rivet nuts would be considered a special thread size, non-stock. Typically, requires a 1,000 qty minimum with a 24 week mfg’ing leadtime. There are no hand tools on the market to install these, there is a pneumatic tool option (which would be a few thousand dollars). So, these would typically be reserved for an OEM or manufacturer with ongoing production needs, vs a one-time home user application.
