Manufacturers do not provide general data on yield or proof loads of the rivet nut threads, or the rivet nut body. They only provide general engineering reference data on the ultimate thread tensile strength and the ultimate body tensile strength. You can see those metrics here: Engineering-Data-Specifications-and-Mechanical-Properties-Information.
The world of engineering applicaitons is too vast and varied to provide exact data. If you have a specific test that is needed, say you want to know the proof load of a 10-32 threaded rivet nut, then please contact us directly and we can likely set up a specific test that will validate your specific application.
Otherwise, most engineers find the reference engineering data (link above) acceptable for their general use. Many times, engineers find that their parent material is so thin or so soft, that the parent material will fail before the rivet nut fails! Wow!
