Rivet Nut Manufacturers typically have a ISO 9001 quality system, as well as a IATF 16949 quality system (automotive grade), for making rivet nuts.
Rivet nuts vary by type, some rated as grade 2, grade 5 or even grade 8 hardware (for internally threaded fasteners).
Some national aerospace standard (NAS1329 or NAS1330) rivet nuts are tested with a proof load test (ultimate thread strength) per ASTM F606.
We also have general mechanical data properties that can be reviewed.
