Given the diversity of applications, to obtain reliable data that is specific to an exact application (like being used in .250” thick steel of a truck roof), direct sampling of that application is required. Rivet Nut USA is happy to assist with direct sampling, usually for a cost if it is for a one-time job, and sometimes can be done for no charge on larger volume repeat applications.
